It’s been a little while since I’ve played Malifaux and a good while since I used Yan Lo. I decided to try out some of the new upgrades from Broken Promises and oh boy is Yan Lo a lot of fun now. He definitely gets more work done. I lost this game 10:2, but I bet heavily on being able to take down Titania (ably commanded by Gavin), while Yan Lo had to survive. It didn’t quite pan out, but it was a close game despite the score!

Game ends 9:2 to Titania. Wow! She’s a tough Master to take down, even with the new and improved Yan “Lightning Dance” Lo! #Malifaux pic.twitter.com/YWQXzRQ7AV

After I get a few games in with this new Yan Lo I’ll write up my thoughts. So far, though, my main reaction is Wow!
Until next time,
