Here is an update to the two player ANNIHILATION campaign system based on a lot of play testing recently. This new version includes rules for models that bring other models ‘Back from the Dead’.
Feedback and experience would be most appreciated.

I like your Annihilation campaign format. Any chance that you could clarify how Dragoons are handled in your next update? For instance – if the dragoons dismounted and is at full health does he loose the horse for the next game – but cost 4 points? [Thinking of the Drakhun] – or if he sits out a game does he get his horse back? It can get slightly cluttered b/c all of the Dragoons except for the Drakhun cost a straight 5 points – but I think that the intent from PP is that the dismounted option costs 1 point b/c all of the cav solo’s cost 4 points while all of the dragoons cost 5 points.
Hey,
Good comment and something I hadn’t thought about. Dragoons are tricky. I’ll have to think about how to handle them. The idea of the horse coming back to life is a bit weird. The specialist training needed would mean sourcing another suitable animal on the field of battle would also be implausible.
I’ll think about how the Dragoon and the discount options may be costed separately. I think 1 point seems a bit cheap for the dismount option if they are effectively a solo after the mount is killed. 2 points doesn’t seem too bad. You’d only take the dismount alone if there really wasn’t anything else left in your annihilated force!
I’ll incorporate something on Drakhuns into the next version.
Thanks,
Owen
Yeah, I see what you mean. When I was writing the above I never made the connection that what I was actually saying was for a 1 point dragoon…
Somehow I had it in my mind that you’d just be bringing the cav solo back without the dragoon. I don’t know what I was thinking…
Anyways, looking forward to the update! I really like the system that you’ve put together. I’m looking at running one in Feb at our LGS
